Mark received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He began practicing in public accounting in 1995 and has been a licensed CPA in the state of California since 1998. In 2007, Mark successfully graduated and earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California (USC). He is currently a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mark began his accounting career with a large national CPA firm and has worked for large local entrepreneurially focused firms ever since. Most recently, since 2006, Mark was an audit partner with the local Irvine based CPA firm of Allen, Haight and Monaghan, LLP.

Mark’s experience includes the performance of accounting and auditing, income tax planning and compliance, strategic and operational planning, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, complex financial analysis, and non-traditional accounting and consulting services.

He focuses on serving clients in the construction (heavy highway, residential and commercial), manufacturing, distribution (wholesale and retail), technology, real estate, professional service (law firms, staffing companies, architects, etc.), medical and health care industries.Click to read more about each partner:
