John P. Watters, CPA >
John P. Watters began his career in accounting at the Los Angeles office of Arthur Andersen & Co., rising to the level of Experienced Manager, Tax Division. There he applied his specialized tax background to assist clients in industries such as real estate, construction, entertainment and manufacturing. He also served by representing individuals and businesses before State and Federal tax authorities.
At BCWS, John heads up the Estate and Trust tax practice, which encompasses overall planning, wealth transfer and all tax reporting requirements. In addition, he continues to work extensively with clients to resolve their disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board.
